In this serenity session we will cover ways for you to relax and make self-care a daily part of your practice.
You MUST be willing to commit to 10 minutes a day of doing nothing, and just being silent and still for this to be effective.
Everyone experiences serenity differently, and we will explore the different ways that you can clear your mind, and simply let go of everything.

In our modern world we tend to overwhelm ourselves and overstimulate our bodies and brains with drama and distractions.
It is time to Kick back. Breathe, and RELAX.
This session is a mental brain dump, and emotional surrender, to everything that you are attached to doing.
We will work on allowing yourself to be present where you are right NOW.
I will listen, and guide you into giving yourself permission to LET GO of everything with serenity and calmness.
